Because it uses real indigo thread dyed with skeins, it is characterized by slight vertical unevenness. The double weave on the dobby loom gives it thickness and elasticity without being heavy.
In the process of dyeing the threads and finishing the weaving of the fabric, we dry the fabric without using high temperatures, resulting in a soft and fluffy texture. This is an original Sashiko material that has been made with comfort in mind and has been a standard for many years.
