We deliver to destination countries and regions enabled on this site among the countries and regions where delivery is possible using FedEx.
The destination country/region, delivery method, shipping fee, required delivery days, and re-delivery conditions are displayed on this site.
Please note that delivery areas and shipping methods may differ for each product depending on FedEx service availability, dangerous goods regulations, size restrictions, local regulations, and other circumstances.
*About shipping within Japan
Since this site is an overseas e-commerce site, the system does not allow you to select Japan as the delivery destination.
If you would like the item to be delivered within Japan, please set the delivery address at the time of ordering to the address of the country where the order was placed, and then use the inquiry form to let us know that you would like the item to be delivered within Japan.
Please note that the prices of products sold at SEILIN include costs associated with overseas delivery, such as overseas shipping fees and customs duties. Therefore, even if the item is shipped within Japan, we cannot change the product price or refund the amount equivalent to overseas shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Shipping notes
If there is an error in the shipping address information, if the delivery company exceeds the storage period, if the delivery company refuses to receive the item, if there is a failure to pay customs duties, etc., or if there is a customs clearance defect, the Company may suspend or cancel the order.
