These Terms define the rights and obligations of our company and our customers regarding the use of this service. Please also read the guides such as the "Return/Refund Policy" and "FAQ" that are separately established by our company.

No.1Article General provisions

1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the ``Terms'') set forth the terms of use of the member registration-based cross-border e-commerce site operated by the Company and the various services associated therewith (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ``Services'').

2. Those who use this service or register as members (hereinafter referred to as "members") are deemed to have agreed to these terms, sales conditions, privacy policy, cookie policy, delivery policy, return/refund policy, and other conditions displayed by our company on this site.

3. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and the individual conditions separately established by the Company on this site, the individual conditions shall take precedence and apply.

4. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights protected by the mandatory laws of the Member's country of residence or destination, if any.

Article 2 Membership registration

1. Products may only be purchased by those who have completed the member registration procedures prescribed by the Company and have been approved by the Company.

2. Members shall provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery information, payment-related information, and other information requested by the Company, and shall promptly correct any changes.

3. The Company may refuse membership registration, or suspend or cancel membership registration after approval, if there is false registration, duplicate registration, impersonation, relationship with anti-social forces, involvement in sanctioned areas or embargoed areas, past violation of terms, payment risk, or other reasonable grounds.

Article 3 Account management

1. Members are responsible for their own IDs.Other authentication information must be strictly managed and must not be transferred, lent, shared, or used by any third party.

2. Any act performed using a member's account will be deemed to be an act by the member himself/herself, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

3. If a member becomes aware of any risk of leakage, unauthorized access, or unauthorized use by a third party of authentication information, the member shall immediately notify the Company and follow the Company's reasonable instructions.

Article 4 Prohibited matters

1. Members must not engage in any acts that violate laws, public order and morals, or these Terms of Use, interfere with the operation of this service, infringe on the rights and interests of third parties, register false information, make fraudulent payments, make bulk purchases for resale, scrape, or engage in any other acts that the Company reasonably deems inappropriate.

2. Members must not use the Service in a manner that violates export/import regulations, economic sanctions, intellectual property, consumer protection, personal information protection, or other applicable laws and regulations.

3. Members may not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially use the content, product images, descriptions, price information, or databases on this service without our company's prior consent.

Article 5 Service operation

1. Our company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of this service for maintenance, troubleshooting, security measures, legal compliance, suspension of external services, or other reasonable needs.

2. We may update or modify product information, prices, inventory, delivery areas, payment methods, and provided functions without prior notice. However, sales conditions apply to sales contracts that have already been concluded.

3. Our company does not guarantee that the content of this service is legal or usable in all countries or regions. Members shall be responsible for confirming compliance with the laws of their country of residence and destination country.

Article 6 Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Governing Law

1. The rights to texts, images, logos, trademarks, designs, layouts, software, and all other content on this service and this site belong to our company or the legitimate rights holder.

2. Unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages, special damages, or lost profits incurred by the Member due to interruption of the Service, loss of data, unauthorized access by a third party, member's communications environment, changes in laws, customs clearance delays, or shipping accidents.

3. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. However, this does not apply if the mandatory laws and regulations of the member's place of residence provide other protection. For disputes, the Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance to the extent permitted by law.


Part 2 Buying and selling conditions

Article 7 Sales area/order

1. The Company will only sell and deliver products to countries or regions that are enabled by the Company as delivery destinations on this site and can be selected at checkout, among the areas where FedEx is available. We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept orders from countries or regions that are ineligible due to FedEx suspension, service changes, local regulations, product restrictions, or other circumstances, orders that require the use of a forwarding company, or orders that have legal issues.

2. The display of products on this site invites you to apply for an order, and the submission of an order by a member constitutes an application for purchase. A sales contract regarding the order will be concluded when the Company confirms the order and sends the shipping notification. However, in the event of insolvency, out-of-stock, incorrect price indication, fraudulent orders, or other reasonable reasons, we may cancel the order regardless of whether the contract is established or not.

3. Members warrant that their name, shipping address, billing address, import information, contact information, and payment information are accurate at the time of ordering.

Article 8 Price/Payment/Tax

1. The product price, shipping charges, applicable discounts, and other charges will be determined by what is displayed on the checkout screen. The amount displayed on a member's statement may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, third-party payment fees, and differences in billing timing by credit card companies.

2. Whether or not the displayed price includes customs duties, import value-added tax, consumption tax, customs fees, and other import-related costs is determined by the display or checkout screen for each destination country. If these are not included, the recipient will be responsible for the costs as the importer.

3. We may request additional identity verification, change of payment method, or order cancellation for purposes of fraud prevention, credit verification, legal compliance, or payment risk management.

Article 9 Delivery/Delivery/Risk

1. Estimated delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather, carrier circumstances, strikes, legal regulations, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.

2. Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws or delivery conditions, the time of transfer of ownership and risk of ownership of the products shall be when the Company delivers the products to the carrier or when the member or recipient receives the products, whichever is valid under law.

3. In the event that a product is returned due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, incorrect address, non-payment of customs duties, failure to submit customs documents, or any other reason attributable to the member, the Company does not guarantee re-delivery after return and will process the product in accordance with the return/refund policy.

Article 10 Importer Responsibility/Compliance with Laws and Regulations

1. The member or recipient shall personally check the import regulations, labeling regulations, prohibited goods regulations, age restrictions, and other applicable laws and regulations of the destination country, and shall prepare and pay the necessary permits, declarations, and materials to be submitted.

2. For products that are illegal, subject to restrictions, subject to confiscation, or may be subject to customs clearance under local law, the Company may suspend shipment, cancel the contract, or adjust refund details even after acceptance of the order.

3. Even when importing products on behalf of a third party, members shall assume obligations based on applicable laws and regulations and these Terms.

Article 11 Order changes/cancellations

1. Order changes or cancellations due to member circumstances will only be accepted if the Company determines that it is possible to do so before shipping preparations. Once preparation for shipment begins or after shipment, the return and refund policy shall be followed.

2. The Company may cancel all or part of an order and refund the price if there is a suspicion of inventory shortages, price errors, system failures, logistics failures, changes in laws, economic sanctions, or fraudulent orders.

3. In the case of cancellation by the Company, the member shall not be able to claim compensation for special damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages resulting from the cancellation.


Part 3 Privacy Policy

Article 12 Acquired information/purpose of use

1. The Company acquires names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, order history, payment-related information, shipping information, access logs, cookie identifiers, and other information necessary to provide this service for the purpose of member registration, order acceptance, payment processing, delivery, inquiry response, identity verification, customer support, marketing, usage analysis, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

2. The Company may use the acquired information for order fulfillment, delivery notifications, return processing, account management, compliance with terms and conditions, advertising effectiveness measurement, product improvement, demand forecasting, marketing distribution, and tax/accounting/internal auditing.

3. Regarding email, SMS, and other distributions for marketing purposes, we will obtain necessary consent, unsubscribe guidance, and opt-out measures based on applicable laws and regulations.

Article 13 Third party provision/overseas transfer

1. The Company may provide necessary information to Shopify, payment processors, shipping companies, customs/customs-related businesses, cloud service providers, analysis tool providers, advertising distribution companies, and other outsourced or affiliated companies to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

2. Member information may be transferred to businesses located in countries or regions, including outside Japan. We will take contractual safeguards, access controls and other reasonable security measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Our company may disclose member information when it is necessary to receive a disclosure order based on laws and regulations, a court order, a request from an administrative agency, respond to rights infringement, or prevent unauthorized use.

Article 14 Storage/Person's Rights

1. The Company will retain the acquired information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, the period of retention required by law, or the period reasonably necessary to respond to disputes.

2. Members may be able to exercise disclosure, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objections, data portability, and other recognized rights regarding their personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. The Company will respond to such requests within the scope of applicable laws and regulations after conducting reasonable identity verification.


Part 4 Cookie Policy

Article 15 Use of cookies, etc.

1. We use cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, and other similar technologies to operate this site, maintain a logged-in status, ensure security, save settings, analyze usage, optimize ad delivery, and prevent fraud.

Part 5 Shipping Policy

Article 16 Delivery conditions

1. Among the countries and regions to which FedEx can be delivered, the Company will display on this Site the destination countries and regions enabled by the Company on this Site, delivery methods, shipping charges, required delivery days, and re-delivery conditions. Depending on FedEx's service availability, dangerous goods regulations, size restrictions, local regulations, and other circumstances, delivery areas and delivery methods may differ for each product.

2. If the delivery address information is incomplete, the delivery company exceeds the storage period, refuses delivery, or fails to pay or clear customs duties, we may hold the order, cancel it, or recalculate the order and charge additional charges after the order is returned.

3. Members shall check the delivery status of the package within the tracking period, and if they notice that the package has not arrived, is damaged, or abnormal, they shall notify the Company within a reasonable period of time.


Part 6 Return/Refund Policy

Article 17 Basic policy

1. We accept returns and refunds in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. In addition, if there is a right of cancellation, right of withdrawal, right of return, right to claim for repair, or right to claim for refund that is separately recognized by the mandatory laws and regulations of the Member's country of residence or destination country, such rights shall take precedence.

2. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product using the method specified by our company, and returns will only be accepted if approved by our company.

3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition, with tags, labels, accessories and, to the extent possible, original packaging.

Article 18: Handling of non-returnable and defective products

1. Unless otherwise provided by law, sale items, final disposal items, Final Sale display items, items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, made-to-order items, personalized items, used, washed, repaired, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. If the product is initially defective, damaged, or misdelivered, the member shall notify the Company within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and other reasonable materials. After confirming the contents, we will provide replacement, refund, or other appropriate relief.

3. In the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered item for which we are attributable, we will cover the standard return shipping costs.

Article 19 How to return/refund for customer convenience

1. If a return is permitted due to the member's convenience, return shipping fees, payment fees, repacking costs, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other reasonable expenses incurred by the Company shall be borne by the member to the extent permitted by applicable laws and may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. If the product is returned due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incorrect address, incomplete customs documents, non-compliance with import requirements, or any other reason attributable to the member, the Company may refund only the remaining amount after deducting the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, and other reasonable expenses.

3. As a general rule, refunds will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time after the returned product has arrived and its contents have been confirmed. The time of reflection may be delayed depending on the payment company, credit card company, or bank procedures in each country.

Article 20 Legal rights by region

1. In some countries or regions, you may have a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a contract for any reason within a certain period of time after receiving the goods. If such rights apply, we will comply with applicable law.

2. The applicable conditions of the legal rights, excluded products, return deadline, refund range, and return shipping charges will be subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country and procedures separately provided by the Company.

3. This Policy does not limit any mandatory legal rights granted to Members.
