Refund policy

This policy applies to changes or cancellations of orders due to the customer's (member's) circumstances after shipping preparations have begun or after shipping, as well as other matters related to returns and refunds.

1. Basic conditions for returns

  • Application deadline
    Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product using the method specified by our company, and returns will only be accepted if approved by our company.

  • Target products
    Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition, with tags, labels, accessories and, to the extent possible, original packaging.

  • Precedence of statutory rights
    If there is a right of cancellation, right of withdrawal, right of return, right to claim for repair, or right to claim for refund that is separately granted under the mandatory laws of the Member's country of residence or destination country, such rights shall take precedence. We will respond in accordance with applicable law to the extent that these statutory rights apply. This Policy does not limit any mandatory legal rights granted to Members.

2. Non-returnable products

Unless otherwise provided by law, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale items, final disposal items, final sale display items

  • Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Made-to-order products, personalized products

  • Used, washed, repaired or altered products

3. Dealing with defective products and incorrect deliveries

  • Notification deadline and procedures
    If the product is initially defective, damaged, or misdelivered, the member shall notify the Company within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and other reasonable materials.

  • Our response
    After confirming the contents, we will provide replacement, refund, or other appropriate relief.

  • return fee
    In the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered item for which we are attributable, we will cover the standard return shipping costs.

4. Return and refund methods for customer convenience

  • Deductible expenses
    If a return is accepted due to the member's convenience, the original shipping fee (first shipping fee), return shipping, payment fees, repackaging costs, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees and other reasonable costs incurred by the Company shall be borne by the Member to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Fixed amount deduction by region(Initial shipping and customs duty equivalent amount)
    When returning or refunding due to customer circumstances, the following fixed amount will be deducted from the refund amount as costs equivalent to the initial shipping fee (shipping fee incurred at the time of shipping) and customs duties.

・EU: 30 euros
・US: $35
This deduction will be applied as part of the reasonable costs we incur in processing returns and cross-border shipping.
In addition, if the refundable amount is less than the above deduction amount, we will contact you separately regarding the availability and conditions of the refund.

  • Returns due to reasons attributable to the member
    If the product is returned due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incorrect address, incomplete customs documents, non-compliance with import requirements, or any other reason attributable to the member, the Company may refund only the remaining amount after deducting the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, and other reasonable expenses.

  • Customs duties and import costs upon return

    ・If the member wishes to return the product due to the member's convenience, the member must use the delivery company designated by the Company.(FedEx)The member shall use the return invoice and return the product at the member's expense. We will prepare a return shipping label, but the member will need their own FedEx account to use the shipping label to return the item.

    ・Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other similar expenses incurred in return shipments shall be borne by the member to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, and the member shall complete the return procedures after paying these expenses.

    ・Members shall carry out appropriate procedures with the delivery company to ensure that customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other similar expenses incurred in return shipments are borne by the sender (member) rather than the recipient (our company).

    - If the Company incurs customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, or other costs upon receiving the returned product due to a member's incomplete procedures or other reasons, the Company may deduct such costs from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the relevant expenses, the Company may request the Member to pay the shortfall amount.

  • Refund period
    As a general rule, refunds will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time after the returned product has arrived and its contents have been confirmed. The time of reflection may be delayed depending on the payment company, credit card company, or bank procedures in each country.
