This is a dad cap using Honai Light Sashiko.

[Material]
I used real indigo thread that was dyed with a skein. It is characterized by slight vertical unevenness. Double weaving on a dobby loom gives it thickness and elasticity without being heavy.

[Details/Silhouette]
By drying the yarn without using high heat during the process of dyeing the thread and finishing the weaving of the fabric, we are able to create a soft and fluffy texture. BLUE BLUE JAPAN's representative material Honaisashiko. In pursuit of even lighter comfort, this Sashiko material is made by adjusting the number of weft threads compared to conventional fabrics. The front part, called the crown, has a smooth curve that gives it a sporty look. A light and comfortable cap that takes advantage of Honai Light Sashiko.

We started by making things that were sewn together by hand, mainly using indigo, which gives a sense of warmth.
We create items that are comfortable to wear and can be worn for many years, with a focus on ``MADE IN JAPAN'' using colors and materials that evoke the feeling of the four seasons, with a focus on traditional Japanese indigo dyeing.

Precautions
This product is made of genuine indigo-dyed material, so it will change from dark blue to pale blue when worn repeatedly or washed many times. Avoid wearing it in combination with white or light-colored items, or layering as the color will stain. The color will fade when washing, so please wash it separately.
