[Material]
The fluffy and thick double weave Sashiko fabric is thick yet soft. The expanded fibers contain air and retain heat. For the sashiko part, three 16th threads are twisted and made thicker, then two threads are tied together and woven.
By using different counts of weft and weft threads with different thicknesses, we are creating a textured look unique to sashiko.

[Details/Silhouette]
This fabric is originally a bright color, and after it is made into a product, it is dyed jet black by hand by a craftsman one by one. Relaxed silhouette with generous width of the body and sleeves. This jacket takes advantage of the soft roundness of sashiko fabric for a relaxed fit. The neat and narrow frog buttons on the front add a sharp impression.

We started by making things that were sewn together by hand, mainly using indigo, which gives a sense of warmth.
