Indigo-dyed sweatshirts that are fun to grow. The impressive unevenness that is created by hand dyeing is what makes it so appealing. Fleece material woven to just the right degree. The outer yarn is made from cotton harvested at a cotton farm called Ucak in the Izmir region of Türkiye. At Ucak, we manage everything from the farm to the spinning, so we can trace our products back to the farm and comply with various international organic standards (GOTS/OCS) and recycling standards (GRS). Cotton cultivation has become a problem due to the depletion of groundwater, but in Ucak, cotton is grown using water from a river that flows near the farm, making careful use of water resources without destroying the natural environment. Each piece is dyed indigo by hand, allowing you to fully enjoy the deep color of indigo and how it changes over time. The sleeves are wide to allow for easy movement. There is a pocket on the front using a switch.

This product is made of material dyed with indigo dye, so it will change from dark blue to pale blue when worn repeatedly or washed many times. Please avoid wearing it in combination with white or light colored items or layering as the color will transfer. The color will fade when washing, so please wash it separately.
