[Material]
The original sashiko material usesWoven Pure Indigo thread dyed with skein dyeing, and is characterized by a natural unevenness that runs slightly vertically. This material is made with comfort in mind and has been a standard for many years.
Double weaving using a dobby loom gives it just the right amount of thickness and elasticity without being too heavy. From dyeing the threads to weaving the fabric and finishing it by drying it without using high temperatures, we are able to create a soft and fluffy texture.

[Details/Silhouette]
The silhouette has been brushed up to create a soft tapered line. It features a front tuck for just the right amount of room and a neat line that gathers toward the hem. This item is easy to match with a clean style and can be used in a wide range of situations.
